thecolorpalette is a digital color tool developed by Devpages by Devrim Kaymaz, available at https://thecolorpalette.app.

Creating an account is optional, and is done via Magic Link email authentication. If you sign up, we collect your email address.

• AdSense cookies (for ads)

c. User Content
When you save a color palette or gradient, your creation is stored in Firebase Storage. By default, creations are publicly discoverable unless marked private at the time of saving. No AI models are trained using your data.

• Authenticate users
• Provide access to your saved content
• Improve the user experience through analytics
• Display relevant ads (via AdSense)
• Process payments (via Stripe)

9. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, your email and creations are permanently removed from our servers.

Extension Chrome

Our Chrome extension, "thecolorpalette Extractor", is an optional companion tool to the web app. It allows users to extract colors and fonts from visited web pages.

• The extension does not collect any personal data on its own.
• All interactions are initiated explicitly by the user.
• No tracking, analytics, or background data harvesting occurs via the extension.
• Any exported content (CSS, HEX codes, etc.) is processed locally and optionally synced with the user’s thecolorpalette account when logged in.

The extension follows the same privacy standards and rules as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
